本儀表包含多項(xiàng)專利技術(shù)，具有安全、清潔、精度高、壽命長(zhǎng)、穩(wěn)定可靠、安裝維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)，適用酸、堿、鹽、防腐、高溫等各種領(lǐng)域。

本儀表可通過(guò)4~20mA或RS485(Modbus協(xié)議或其他定制協(xié)議)連接到顯示表或各種DCS系統(tǒng)中，為工業(yè)的自動(dòng)化運(yùn)行，提供實(shí)時(shí)的液位數(shù)據(jù)。

一、Overview

The meter includes several proprietary technologies, is safe and clean, with high precision and long service life, stable and reliable, and convenient to install and maintain, and is applicable to various fields of acid, alkali, salt, anticorrosion, and high temperature.

本儀表具有如下特點(diǎn)：

l  電路設(shè)計(jì)從電源部分起就選用高質(zhì)量的電源模塊，元器件選擇進(jìn)口高穩(wěn)定可靠的器件，完全可以替代同類型國(guó)外進(jìn)口儀表。

l  專利的聲波智能技術(shù)軟件可進(jìn)行智能化回波分析，無(wú)需任何調(diào)試及其它的特殊步驟，此技術(shù)具有動(dòng)態(tài)思維、動(dòng)態(tài)分析的功能。

l  我公司擁有的聲波智能專利技術(shù)，使儀表的精度大大提高，液位精度達(dá)到0.3％，能夠抗各種干擾波。

l  本儀表是一種非接觸式儀表，不跟液體直接接觸，因此故障率低。儀表提供多種安裝方式，用戶完全可以通過(guò)本手冊(cè)進(jìn)行儀表標(biāo)定。

l  儀表的所有輸入、輸出線均具有防雷、防短路的保護(hù)功能。

The meter is with following features:

l  For circuit design, high-quality power modules are selected to be as power supply parts and highly stable and reliably imported devices are used as components of the meter. It can fully replac imported foreign meters of the same type.

l  Patent sonic-wave intelligent technology software can make intelligentized echo analysis. It needs neither debugging nor other special steps. This technology has functions of dynamic thinking and dynamic analysis.

l  Our sonic-wave intelligent patent technology greatly improves the meter’s precision, and the precision of liquid level is up to 0.3%, which is enough to resist various interference waves.

l  The meter is a non-contact one and does not directly contact liquid, so the fault rate is low. The meter can be installed in several different ways, and the user can make meter calibration according to the Manual.

l  The meter’s all input and output lines must be with such protection functions as lightning protection and short circuit prevention.

三、安裝參數(shù)含義

如上圖所示，儀表的探頭發(fā)波打到液位后反射回探頭，探頭接收到后計(jì)算發(fā)波到收波的時(shí)間，得到測(cè)量距離L，儀表安裝高度TH減去測(cè)量距離L將得到當(dāng)前液位H。

儀表量程指儀表能夠測(cè)量的距離，安裝高度TH應(yīng)小于量程。

儀表盲區(qū)指儀表在探頭附近無(wú)法測(cè)量的區(qū)域，最高液位與探頭間距應(yīng)大于盲區(qū)，例盲區(qū)為0.3m，則液位與探頭間距必須大于0.3m。

探頭發(fā)波是個(gè)擴(kuò)散過(guò)程，即有方向角，安裝的時(shí)候要注意，否則可能打到池壁的凸起物或渠道邊沿。
